Open day at Gade Place, Image on 20 Feb
FIRST time buyers looking to purchase a shared ownership property will have the chance to view the one and two bedroom apartments for sale on The Cotterells on Saturday 20th February. Potential buyers will also be able to speak to an independent mortgage advisor and solicitor to offer advice and answer any questions.
Hightown Homes are holding the Open Day at Gade Place on Saturday 20th February between 11.00am and 2.00pm.
The new one bedroom apartments start from £38,250 (25% shared ownership) and two bedroom apartments start from just £46,250 (25% share shared ownership).
Shared Ownership is an alternative to renting a home or buying a property outright. It helps people who want to buy a home of their own but cannot afford to do so. Through Shared Ownership it is possible to buy a share in a property (25%) and pay rent on the remaining share. The total costs of rent and mortgage payments will be lower than the cost of buying the same home outright. In the future you have the option to buy additional shares.
