Open day at Oaklands on Saturday 2nd April

FIRST time buyers looking to purchase a shared ownership property will have the chance to view the one and two bedroom apartments for sale at Scholars Court and Whitley Court in St Albans on Saturday 2nd April.  Potential buyers will also be able to speak to an independent mortgage advisor and solicitor to offer advice and answer any questions.

Hightown Homes are holding the Open Day at Scholars Court on Saturday 2nd April between 10.00am and 1.00pm (strictly by appointment only).

The new one bedroom apartments start from £90,000 (50% shared ownership) and two bedroom apartments start from just £120,000 (50% share shared ownership).

Shared Ownership is an alternative to renting a home or buying a property outright.  It helps people who want to buy a home of their own but cannot afford to do so. Through Shared Ownership it is possible to buy a share in a property (50%) and pay rent on the remaining share. The total costs of rent and mortgage payments will be lower than the cost of buying the same home outright. In the future you have the option to buy additional shares.

Part of the prestigious Oaklands development, both Scholars Court and Whitley Court are set in stunning urban parkland, combining ultra modern new buildings with distinctive listed buildings restored to their former glory.  It is just minutes from the centre of St Albans and the city station is in easy walking distance.  Each apartment comes with an allocated underground parking space and access to the residents' private gym.

If you would like to come along to the open day and view these new homes please contact Hightown Homes on 01442 292381 to book an appointment.
